Initially, I wanted to return them because of two reasons; I had to make modifications to my vehicle to get them to fit, and the complete lack of any instructions whatsoever. After getting approval to have them returned I decided to go ahead and make the modifications to my beloved 2003 F250 4x4 with 52k miles. Once I made the relatively minor modifications the headlight assembly fit nicely on both the L and R side of the truck. The modifications required are minor and it takes about 10 minutes per side. The easiest is to have a Dremel type cutting tool. You do not have to cut into any metal - only the fiberglass headlight structure. Since it is highly unlikely you'll put the original lights back in, then it is a non-starter. I consider the work required very minor compared to the upgrade to my truck with the new headlights installed. The difficult part is making sense of the halo LED lighting part of the assembly. Spyder does an extremely poor job of giving you instructions that actually are usable and they must fix that. I did NOT like the option of having to turn on my parking lights to get the halo rings and three LED bulbs to turn on - that defeats the purpose of having halo lights in the first place in my opinion. So rather than follow their poor instructions, enclosed or on their website via video. Rather than use the parking lights as a way to turn the halos on and off, I installed a toggle switch and simply flip it on during the day time hours to benefit from the safety features halos provide. I've updated my truck as you can see from the photos; updated grill, updated mirrors, and updated headlight and tail-light assemblies. It makes my truck look at least ten years younger. GO AHEAD GET THESE LIGHTS!! The total amount of work required to make them fit is nominal, the quality is good and for the money, it'll make a very nice update to your F250. I recommend these lights.
