Pros:-Great price for all the features you get. My local bike shop has e-mountain bikes starting at $2,000, Costco has a decent 27.5" for $1,600 that looks cooler but it is way less powerful, I paid about $1,000 after a $100 rebate for this one. Get the warranty and save the box as there is a lot that can go wrong with an e-bike.-Is powerful, goes 25-30 mph on flat roads with me riding and I am about 200lbs; still goes 10 mph when towing my toddler with a bike trailer up hills.-Range is good, 25-30 miles just me riding; 10-15 when I'm towing my toddler in the bike trailer.-Has a nice light, cell holder, horn, and solid kickstand-Like the 29" wheels-The electric assist works well, like 5 or 6 levels, you can override by gently braking (helpful when trail riding on technical terrain).-Easy to charge and remove the batteryCons:-Got a flat on the back tire on the very first trail I took. Annoying! And the rear tire is a pain to remove and put back due to the disc brakes, electric wiring, etc. I taped the inside of the rim real well to make sure it doesn't happen again. They should have smoother rims or better stock tubes as others have complained about this as well.-The wheelbase seems a couple of inches short. I'm 6'3" and I have to place the balls of my feet on the pedals or the front wheel will hit my toes when I make sharp turns-The front fork seems a little cheap, like kind of loose or something, shock is so soThis is my first e-bike. It is way more fun than a manual. Why would anyone get a manual these days except maybe to get a workout? In 5-10 years, most new bikes will probably be e-bikes. Would love a full-suspension one but this is a compromise. Way less expensive.Well this is the 2nd ebike I bought from this seller the 1st was the 500 watt 29" E-Bycco. That one is great and I still have it. I bought this one to feel the difference between the 500 and 750 watt ebikes. Yes there's differences in it as far as performance. I could have bought components to turn the 500 into a 750 watt ebike however it was just too much trouble. The main one being cost, by the time I would have bought what I needed it would have been half of what I would have paid for.a new bike. 2 having to through the trouble of installing the new parts and testing it out to see if it would work. 3 the cost of this 750 watt ebike was only 100 dollar more than what I paid for the 500 watt ebike.So if this bike was so good why 3 stars? 2 reason:1. the battery outer casing is damaged. I posted pictures of the damaged area. To me it's enough that water can get into it and further damage it.2. The controller shorted out 2 days after riding it. It's possible it could be the result of the damaged battery. I performed all troubleshooting tips I could do to come to the conclusion of that it's the controller while pedaling home. The display came up with an E 09 looked it up and checked out the throttle cable, the was not pedal assist, and I also checked the hub motor by disconnecting that cable. Everything was fine with those so the only other part has to be the controller. Right now I'm going to work with the seller to see if I can get it repaired and will update this once I do.I am a real customer and not a paid pansy. This review is hard hitting and real. This has 21. Get a better workout.Fenders - Has em'. No mud or junk on your clothes.Phone holder - Plastic but solid, has a USB charger for your phone!Kickstand - Good, sturdy one that is adjustable and will not wear out over time.29" Wheel: Less pedaling, more speed when you are manually pedaling. Ideal. Perfect for people 5' 7" or taller.The bike rides very nimble and balanced for an e-bike. My other 3 all feel heavy on turns, not this one. The motor is stronger than most and it feels like it. Battery charge is better than average. Seems like they spared no expense and I see no cheap shortcuts on this bike. Damn, near perfect at this price level.Note: Replaced the handlebars with a mid rise (5") that angle in a bit. Way more comfortable.Easy to assemble. Riding it, at first, in a flat area to acclimate to all the bike has. Takes hill very easy. Fun bike.
