I purchased two headlights this summer. They were for my 2003 Volvo C70. The connectors for the low beams are defective. The H11 bulbs have two male spade style connectors. The female connectors in the headlight become loose and short out and burn/melt the plastic of the female connector. I believe the shape of the female connector ( half circle ) does not make for a tight connection. I had kept the orginal Hella headlights and spliced their connector to the wires inside the Depo headlight that solved the problem.
