Just received in the mail and happy with the initial observation of the product. Had to charge the lights when I first took them out of the box, (didn't time the charge time) but came back to bright working lights. There's a few options for flashing; slow, medium, fast flash, fade in/out light, and steady light. There's even two little led lights on the top that indicate full battery, mid battery, and low battery. Best part about them is they have a USB plug on the bottom (so no adapter necessary to plug into computer) and it's perfect if I ride to work and find the battery to be low. Just plug it into the computer, work, and by the end of the day, both have full battery. Still need to try them out on the road, but the front light appears to be bright enough to light up the path a little bit. Can add to this review a little later when I can test the light out on a darker road.
