They lamps installed as advertised and looked great out of the box. Prime shipping has always been fast and bonus...it's free! Now for the issue with these headlights; first, I couldn't get them to work properly. After breaking out the multimeter, I found the wiring on the headlamp harness was inverse; the blue and black wires had to be de-pinned/swapped and hot-glued back back in place to seal the connector (you can use RTV, I'm sure, but I didn't have any handy). Basically, my high-beams in the center were always on dimly with my low-beam projectors, then hi-beam only when selected and normal brightness. My hi-beam indicator stayed on at all times in the truck, as well. They basically had the common-ground/return on the low beam side of their connector (two black wires tied to the same pin) and the low beam on the common-ground/return in place of where the low-beam wire should go. After clearing (CAREFULLY) the sealant on the back of the connector off of the wires, I used a jeweler's flat screwdriver to unlock the pins and swap them to yield a working light assembly. I sealed them back up with hot glue.Next, I made my adjustments via a home-mechanic method of centering the lamp assemblies with the contour of the fenders/bumper/grille, parking close to a garage door, marking center of the projected beams with masking tape, then backing up 25ft. (must be level). I found that I needed quite a bit of adjustment to get the beams UP to the correct position (slightly low/to the right of the center beam marks) and that they make a wierd and very definitive pattern across the path of view...and adjusted to that normal position will limit your visibility at distance. Maybe there's a much different method for projector beams, but I made further adjustment when I could stop and open the hood and use a screwdriver plus 5/16" socket until I found the beams acceptable. I am still not 100% happy with the adjustment, but I'll get it right soon. I also found it useful to drill out the plastic over the upper adjustment screw so I could make easier adjustments and get the light properly seated in the lamp's mounting. This housing uses your own turn/parking lamp and provides the H11B (I think...maybe H13B) and H7 (I think) lamps internally. If you wanted anything else such as HID, you'd be wiring in a new connector to retro-fit. I have yet to hook up the LEDs in it, but didn't have the time to run new wiring to those; I suppose you could tap off of your existing parking lamp wiring, but I'm not fond of messing up factory harness wiring without a replacement pigtail on-hand.Why did I go through so much trouble to get a defective assembly to work, you ask? I'm in the electronics field and it's second-nature to me. Most would rather not go through such a hassle, so I'd say the general concensus is not to recommend this assembly. Hope this helped anyone with these issues or made up their mind to return it. Good luck either way!Not the brightest lights, if that's what you're looking for these aren't them but beautiful and look great! These lights are garbage! Specifically looked for housings for sport model. Came without wiring harness adapter needed, called the manufacturer. They said I shouldn’t have bought them on Amazon, and they’d send me the harness. Finally got them, and they sent the wrong ones. Finally got the second set. Pain in the butt to install. Adjustment screw broke almost instantly. Can’t aim them. One is full if water. Low beams suck, high beams are too high and shoot way too far down the road. Moisture ruins bulbs. Never hooked up daytime lights. Summary… these lights SUCK!Headlights are great! I returned a set that I purchased from Headlight Depot (Cg Motorsports) and bought these. The Gap is minimal (1/4") but the important part to me is that it is uniform around the headlight. One thing to get over is, if you want an adjustable headlight there will be a small gap. The set I returned was warped (3/4-1" gap all the way around) and not adjustable from the front. The Spyder Headlights are adjustable from the front with the headlight installed.***Opposed to other reviews, there is no wiring issue. There is a wire plug adapter included now so it is plug and play! You still need to wire the LEDs on your own. I wired the LEDs to the running lights (turn signal blub wiring) that way the LEDs stay on all the time regardless of high/low.The install wasn't difficult. The trick is to slide the headlight bracket in on the grille side then roll the light housing into place. The light output is excellent. The Lows are nearly as bright as typical high beams.I'm very happy with the purchase and I would recommend and buy them again.FYI: I installed these on a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500, non sport, 4x4.Light assembly looks good on my 2001 Dodge ram sport, and installation was not that hard. Just a few things would greatly improve the whole assembly:1.) It should come with stronger/brighter lights. They come with cheap 65w halogen light bulbs. I have already ordered stronger lights to replace the dim ones that come with this assembly.2.) Need some wiring harnesses for the LED lights. The wires for the LED lights do not have a fitting on them. They are just hanging loosely, so there is some wiring that has to be done.3.) After setup, I no longer have a bright and dim lights. Only brights...but, as of right now, that is not causing me any trouble...as long as my bulbs that I ordered are bright enough for me to see well at night.Doesn’t fit properly, leaves a huge gap between light and body of the truck. Ended up keeping old onesMoisture in my headlights after installing it raining and the passenger side filled with water and driver side has a little moisture and there not bright tried to look them up to return them in my buying history but couldn't find the seller so not really happy with them now I cant get a refund back because it's been Over 90 days and I've been looking for this item on my buy again since December and now it just shows upThese are great headlights, but Spyder failed to address the design issues related to this year model of Dodge Ram. I had to build an entirely new harness to adapt my truck to these lights. One issue was that Dodge runs all power through the headlight switch and does not use relays. After adding relays I realized that Dodge utilizes ground switching instead of switching the positive wire. Overall I would have given this item 5 stars, but Spyder failed to address these issues. If they were truly plug and play, the would've came with the harnesses with ground switching relays. These headlights look amazing, and produce a wildly bright and noticeable pattern on both low (projector) and high.My biggest issue with these headlights is they're not a super clean fit. There's a pretty large gap (About 1/4" - 1/2") on the indicator/reflector side, and on the top. This may simply be the nature of these headlights since they have a large amount of adjustability up/down, and left/right.I also went ahead and did what Spyder says not to do, and I put LED's inside these lenses. It made a huge difference in brightness.DISCLAIMER: You're not supposed to have my next issue, since you're not supposed to put LED's in:The Projector housing was a pain to put an LED into. The bracket was very unhappy and I had to bend the little metal wire around to make it actually hold my LED bulb in place, and I finished it up with some high heat silicone to ensure it has a water tight seal. The High beam bulb was a very simple replacement.I used Philips LED replacement bulbs, about $100 each from my local vehicle parts store.Being a Canadian vehicle, my truck has Daytime Running Lights which I wired to a relay that triggers the halos and the pin leds.To anyone looking to do the same as me note that Dodge uses SWITCHED GROUND, not positive. The DRL wire on the fender opens a ground signal, which turns the lights on.The headlights are always receiving positive power, and the ground is switched. That's how my truck was, anyways.I bought these lights a few months ago and didn't install them right away, my mistake. They are absolute garbage, the fitment is terrible. Beam pattern on one headlight is good, the other headlight is useless and I cannot get it adjusted to be even somewhat useful. One headlight bulb exploded as soon as I put power to it and messed up the inside of the light. I 100% would not recommend these lights to anyone, at least not for my application.headlight fitted very well and light really well compared to the originals, they came with the headlight bulbs installed, except the signal light bulbs, they plug in to the 2 headlight harness and give you the 4 headlights system, the leds are not part of the plug in harness so you have to decide were you want to wire them from. I wired them to the ignition and use them as driving lights, in other words when the truck is running the leds are lit. This product is not worth buying. They don’t fit properly in the factory spots and the quality of light performance at night is very poor. A month after installing them the one side is now full of moisture.Passenger headlight initially started sweating on inside and eventually started accumulating water which eventually burned out halogen
