They look really nice and appear to be identical, matter of fact my RAV looks just like the picture in advertisement for this light, it's even the same color. I only got as far as plugging in the original light bulbs into the new light assembly before calling it quits. ( This light does not come with bulbs even though the description leads you to believe they do) The problem is there is an ever so slight difference in the notch pattern on one of the bulbs. If you look at my picture, the original (Dirty) headlight assembly that has four notches starting with the widest notch at about 7:00, then smaller ones at 10:00 , 1:00 and 5:00. This new replacement light has the widest notch at about 7:00, then smaller ones at 10:00, 3:.00 & 4:00, not 1:00 and 5:00. It's beyond me why there would be a light that is almost identical and then have such a small difference. I'm not sure what other small differences there are because this is where I stopped. A little frustrating to get the bumper half removed and the light completely removed just to put the old one back in. The description says it's a direct replacement for a 2015 RAV 4 light, but it's not.
